Madam Sixty Ate

After a great valentines lunch at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, i was again spoiled with another great lunch at Madam Sixty Ate!

The place was definitely a feast to the eyes, i can't help falling in love with the place upon entering. K and I both decided to get the set lunch with wine pairing for me. I believe they offer one of the best value for money wine pairing deal, you just add 150hkd for 3 glasses of wine!

Pork Pate Terrine w/ Pan de Mie, Pickled Onions and Coriander salad

Cured hamachi, papaya w/ white grape jelly 

paired with Sauvignon Blanc, Hawkies bay NZ

Confit Ocean Trout w/ Saffron braised Chick Peas and Tomato Air 

paired w/ Pinot Grigio Delle venezie, Italy

Confit Duck Leg, Apricot Pistachio Crumble, Cardamom Cream, Poached Pear and sweet potato gnocchi

Cherry Cheesecake w/ White chocolate and olive oil ice cream 

paired w/ Moscato d' Asti

Cinnamon Parfait w/ Apple clouds and honey powder

Bill presentation is love!

We enjoyed everything especially my main course, the ocean trout, which was my favorite dish of all. The place, food, service and of course the company made it another memorable lunch in Hong Kong.
