For those of you who don't know me personally, aside from fashion my other passion is food :) I love to try new restaurants as much as i love to explore new trends. So starting this october i'll start my restaurant pick of the month :) For this month i chose Terry's Selection. I know it's not a new restaurant, i've dined a few times at their podium branch, but it's my first time at their Salcedo branch and i loved it there! It's a lot different in terms of decor, it's very light and airy in design compared to the rustic feel of the podium branch.
In terms of food and service, it's still very consistent. You'll get the same authentic spanish cuisine and superb service in wherever branch you go to. Everything that we ordered that day were really yummy! I especially loved our dessert :)
Curry Doux de Fuits de Mer
Diced fish loin, diver scallops, shrimps, squid rings and clams —all poached in a light curry cream, and laid on a bed of basmati rice flecked with fresh oregano and parsley

Traditional Spanish ox tripe stew, with chickpeas, chorizo and jamon Serrano
Soft Shell Crab on Cheese and Crab meat Risotto
Crisped soft shell crab partnered with a hearty crab and cheese risotto
Marquesa de Chocolate
Chocolate marquise sprinkled with almond praline. Pure bliss!
And while waiting for your food to arrive you could go to the 3rd floor and look around their deli. There's a wide range of cheeses, cold cuts, sausages, vegetables, pastas, chocolates, wines and even cooking utensils and equipments to choose from. I usually buy my paella ingredients at their deli in podium.
